Registration

Authors are supposed to register before due date in order to participate in the conference. Each registration covers the publication of only one paper and enables only one author to attend the conference.
The registration needs to be paid in advance. Registration fee is tax exemption, no refund for the registration could be made.

The registration fee includes Keynotes&Plenaries, Coffee Breaks, Technical Sessions, Lunch, Dinner, Conference Packages. Extra fee needs to be paid for excursion.

Cancellation Policy for Registration

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
